Great Blue is a worker-owned cooperative in Baltimore, Maryland. Founded by three childhood friends/brothers from the same small neighborhood in Mt Rainier, MD – after charting separate paths through our early twenties, we all settled in Baltimore, grew out our beards, and decided to have a go at our childhood dream of owning our own business together.

We have since expanded to include other new members but continue to democratically make decisions and run the business as equals. We strive to create the kind of community we wish to live in at our workplace.
