Stormwater Gardens with the HoCo Cleanscapes Program

Rain gardens are an amazing way to both help our local watersheds and cultivate a thriving garden, designed with water-loving perennials and shrubs that capture stormwater runoff from gutters, driveways, and lawns, rerouting the water back into the ground. 

The Howard County Cleanscapes Program subsidizes the cost for homeowners to build these projects.
